Urs's narrative encapsulates the synergy between exploration, empowerment, and the profound impact of public art within Baz-Art—a blend of social enterprise and artistic ingenuity. His role as a motivational speaker echoed through Cape Town, fueling discussions on entrepreneurship and professional growth within the creative realm, illuminating paths and sparking aspirations across South Africa's vibrant artistic community. His holiday experience, embellished with Cape Town's scenic wonders and gastronomic treasures, added a vibrant chapter to his transformative journey.

Urs: “ It all began with a simple thought, a desire to explore South Africa while leaving a meaningful mark. I was looking to combine adventure & purpose.
I was put in touch with Baz-Art, a Cape Town social enterprise, the correspondence buzzed with energy. We delved into Zoom sessions, Baz-Art is an intriguing fusion of artistry and community enterprise. Beyond the canvas, Baz-Art wasn't just employing artists; it was painting transformative strokes across African societies.

Navigating through discussions with Baz-Art's directors was like wandering through a gallery of possibilities. It wasn't just about colors on walls; it was about painting paths to entrepreneurship and fostering professional growth within the artistic realm. As a self-proclaimed motivational speaker, I found myself in the midst of creative minds in Cape Town, sparking conversations on the art of business and forging one's path in the industry.

Post this enriching chapter, I embarked on a leisurely week exploring Cape Town's tourism treasures. The Peninsula's coastline charmed me, and Table Mountain's silhouette whispered tales of grandeur. The penguins at Boulders Beach added a whimsical touch to my journey. Nestled in top-notch guest houses, I savored culinary delights at fine restaurants that turned dining into a symphony for the senses.
Returning to Switzerland, the journey didn't cease; it evolved. Debrief sessions became conduits for ongoing support, transforming my experiences into guiding lights for Baz-Art, navigating through challenges, and illuminating new paths.
As 2024 beckons, my yearning to return grows. My sojourn wasn't a mere chapter; it's a continuing narrative where exploration dances with empowerment. Ostrich Out exists to orchestrate this, showcasing the power of travel and the ripples created by making a difference. “
